The entire staff is exceptional at providing VIP Concierge services no matter who you are. Every time I call, they answer the phone with my name at the ready. When I come in, every one remembers me like an old friend and is very familiar with my record, my family, my interests, my struggles. It’s like going to visit family. I have ABSOLUTE trust in them to help me make the best decisions about my care and to put my needs first. They have gone out of their way, over and over, to accommodate me or get me into specialists. But it’s not all about me… they also give back to the community. One example of this is their deep involvement in Smiles for Troops, taking care of veterans’ dental needs and making them feel pampered and cared for at the same time. I have always had anxiety with going to the dentist. Dr. Van and the staff were super nice and worked with me and my anxieties with my emergency issue. The procedure went flawlessly and I hardly felt anything! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Dental Arts of Mountain View is the best experience you can have going to the dentist. Dr. Van has the best bedside manner of any dentist I’ve ever had. He has a calm and caring demeanor, is very meticulous and decisive with his work, and takes the time to walk you through his plan and recommendations. His support staff similarly exemplify top level skills and customer service, including his assistants Shellissa and Lo. Rosie and Bianca in the front office are also so friendly and professional. I would strongly recommend going here!
